Who Can You Trust Right Now? (Hint: the answer might surprise you.)

decision making life changes Apr 21, 2025

Hey lovebug,

Let me tell you something kind of amazing.

Over the last two months, three of my clients got new jobs.

Yep—three new jobs.
In this economy.
During these uncertain times.

One of them hadn’t worked in a traditional job in ten years.
One was ready to leave their business and do something totally new.
And one had been teaching for years and was ready for a big career change.

They’d all been trying for months. And let me tell you—it wasn’t easy.

There were moments they felt totally hopeless.
Times they got their hopes up and then got rejected.
They were tired. Frustrated. Unsure if they could keep going.

But they did.

They stuck with it.
They stayed focused.
And it paid off.

How did they do it?

  • They got clear on what they wanted.
  • They kept going even when things got hard.
  • We cleared the emotional junk that was holding them back (i.e. the trapped emotions)
  • And they had support (hi, that’s me đź‘‹) to guide them through.

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

Most of us want to feel safe and sure. We look for that safety in things like a job, a relationship, a routine, or a stable paycheck.

But when those things get shaky?

We freeze.

We stop dreaming.
We stop planning.
We stop moving forward.

And that’s what I’ve been seeing a lot lately—people stuck, waiting, unsure of what to do next.

But the people who actually make it through uncertain times?

They trust themselves.

They trust they can handle whatever comes their way.
They believe in their ability to adapt and grow.
They keep going—even if they’re scared.

Some of the most successful people I know didn’t stop when things got hard.
They took bold steps when others hit pause.
They bet on themselves—and it worked.

So let me ask you this:

Would you rather stay stuck and scared?
Or would you rather be the person who keeps moving forward no matter what?

I know what I’d choose.
And it’s what I am choosing.

If you’re ready to take your next step, I’d love to help you.
