Hey lovebug,

One of the coolest parts of my job happens when I least expect it. 

I will be clearing trapped emotions for a client and suddenly we’ll come across this:

A PRECONCEPTION trapped emotion.

A preconception trapped emotion is an emotion that has been carried through many lifetimes.

It’s a soul level trapped emotion. 

And discovering one for a client gives me the opportunity to do a mini-past life reading for them. 

Here’s the wildest thing… The past life is usually so similar to the current life experience of the client.

I worked with one client who was working on getting out of a habit of overgiving to everyone in her life. 

Her past life? Her whole existence (and survival) centered around being a literal servant. 

Another client came to be with a history of concussions and traumatic brain injuries that affected his daily life. 

His past life trapped emotion? Confusion. 

It’s so fascinating! 

Over the years of doing this work, I’ve come to believe that past lives aren’t really past because time isn’t linear. 

I see our lives more like lanes in a swimming pool. 

Maybe your current life is in lane 4, but you have multiple CONCURRENT lives happening in other dimensions or other timelines in other lanes. 

So when you clear the trapped emotions from a life that’s happening in another lane, you’re healing yourself in this dimension or life. 

I don’t completely understand it (because we don’t completely understand time), but I like thinking about it this way. 

Past lives also show up in readings. It’s crazy how resolving things from the past (or “past”) can change your present.
