Hey lovebug,

It’s getting to the end of 2025. 

Heyyyyy! We made it! 

*cue hysterical laugh*

Just kidding. 

Sort of. 

But listen, regardless of what kind of year you’ve had, there’s something magical about the energy of completion of one cycle paired with the energy of a new beginning. 

It may be why I love bedtime and then a new morning. 

Everything is fresh! You can start again. You can explore your life in a brand new way if you choose.

And when it’s the end of the year AND the end of a nine year cycle (pssst. 2025 is the end of a nine year cycle and next year is the beginning of a NEW nine year cycle)... I feel like anything is possible.

One thing I love doing at the end of the year is looking back on the big things that happened. 

This past year I went on an epic cross country road trip (9,000 miles!) with my sister and my sweet pup Mabel.

We got to see family and a LOT of the country. We visited east coast friends we’d been meaning to see for years.

It was fun. It was adventurous. It set the tone for the second half of my year. 

When you look back on your year, what made it different from the year before that? Or the year before that?

Tough question (gird your loins)... have you been living the same year again and again?

Another tough question… aren’t you bored with that? 

This is your life. 

Y O U R  L I F E. 

We’ve only got so many hours, days, years to experience all that life has to offer. 

Do you really want to do the same thing year after year? 

(most people - when they’re honest - don’t want that at all)

One of the things that lights me up about the work I do is that people get out of their rut. 

Their lives CHANGE in ways their lives have been begging to be changed for years. Sometimes decades.

And then it keeps on changing after we’re done working together. 

Just in the past week, two former clients let me know that they’d both bought new cars. A big dream they’d had and they achieved it. 

One of them - it was her DREAM car! She sent me a picture celebrating beside it. 

*You should have seen me cheesy smiling at that photo.* 

Another is leaving a relationship that hasn’t been working for her for years. She finally did it.

She’s considering what she wants for her life now and it looks TOTALLY different and deeply exciting. (Travel? A new place just for her? Adventure?) 

You get to live your life your way. You do. Your body, your life, your choice.

But my God, how long are you going to wait to make it better? Another ten years? 

Just wondering.
