10 Ways You Might Be Weakening Your Energy Field

Hello lovebug, 

Welp, everybody and their mom is sick right now in my part of the world. 

People are tired, stressed and then there’s all the low vibe energy that’s brewing.

 Booooo. 

In my sessions, I do a lot of clearing of low vibe energy.

There are beings of light and there are beings that are, well, less light.

As my spiritual teacher says, it's all God. 

However, in my experience, removing the lower vibe beings can be so helpful and healing, plus you feel SO much lighter when they’re not bringing you down.

So! How do these suckers become attached?

Welp, they can get in and attach to you when you have a weak energy field.

And how do you get a weak energy field?

I'm going to give you the top ten ways right now so you can avoid them and stay light: 

1) You are too open. You are allowing anyone and anything to enter your field. You need to strengthen and be more discerning with your boundaries.

2) Pharmaceutical use. I'm not talking about a round of antibiotics to clear up an infection. I'm talking about being on meds for an extended time.

3) Narcotics use. It's important to protect your field when you're on pain meds for a longer stretch of time. Also, addiction to pain meds makes you much more open to lower vibe beings.

4) Marijuana use. This one is big. If you smoke weed every now and then, that's very different from smoking every day. 

5) Alcohol use. Moderation is key here. A glass of wine with dinner (if you're already feeling good and resourced) will not make you as open. Drinking to excess will.

6) Sex. I see sex as a sacred and intentional connection between people. When you start having sex without discernment or out of obligation, that's different. Disassociated sex can leave you open.

7) Partying. (Are you seeing a trend here?)

8) Dances, concerts, raves. Now before you think I am NO FUN, I'm not saying a hard no to any of these things. I am saying be intentional with your time and energy and spirit. You could go to a concert when you're feeling well resourced and not drink. Or drink, but only one or two. Or protect your field before and clean your field after. Or only go with high vibe people and attend a high vibe event. Or go to a sober rave. You have options. Be thoughtful.

9) Hospitals. I know that hospitals can be a loaded place. I love hospitals because I see them as a place of healing and kindness and miracles. (Think of the miracles!) I bring that intention and belief to every hospital visit. I also bubble myself before I enter, for good measure. If you believe that hospitals are scary or germ ridden, you will weaken your field. Many people grow sick and weak and then attract lower vibe beings and bring them to the hospital with them. It's important to be strong, positive and bright in these spaces, in all spaces, to protect your field.

10) Energetic cords. Be mindful of who you spend your precious time and energy with. If someone has a weaker field, they may be open to lower vibe beings. When you spend time with someone with a lower vibe attachment, it can affect you. A cord can develop between you and that person and you can feel the effects of their attachment.

All in all, the way to avoid lower vibe beings is to be a higher vibe being.

Eat healthy foods. Drink water. Limit alcohol intake. Eat more meals at home. 

Go easy on the weed (use is a few times a year instead of a few times a day or week).

Be intentional about where you spend your time. Be mindful about who you expose your energy to during the day.

Meditate. Pray. Connect with your team in spirit. 

Get better sleep. Get off your phone and go outside. 

Clear as many trapped emotions as possible. Go to therapy. 

Journal about your feelings at night before bed. 

Treat yourself like a beautiful being of light.

Because, babe, you are a beautiful being of light.
